		<description>The Cortez Bank is west of San Diego about 100 miles.  I saw a video on it once.  It&#039;s a shallow area out in the middle of the Pacific, that breaks only maybe a handful of times a year.  If I remember right, a pro surfer was flying across the Pacific to a contest ( I think it might have been Figi (I&#039;m not sure about that part) and just happened to see it breaking from the airplane.  And that&#039;s how it was discovered.  I saw guys in the video being towed in just like this video. It gets 60-80 feet</description>
